World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day marked in Saudi Arabia

December 31, 2013. An event to mark the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day has been held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

First secretary at the Azerbaijani Embassy in Saudi Arabia Samir Malikli spoke about the history and importance of the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day. He also highlighted President Ilham Aliyev`s policy to increase Azerbaijan`s prestige in the world and solve problems of Azerbaijanis living abroad.

Also first secretary of the Embassy Ramil Imranov read out President Ilham Aliyev`s message to world Azerbaijanis.

The event participants saw a documentary on Solidarity Day.
